Subject: Historical Atlases

I definitely agree with the 2 suggestions of historical atlases for New
Zealand and Canada. I have 3 world ones that I'd recommend.

Atlas of World History by John Haywood, ed
Andromeda Oxford Ltd, 1999
ISBN 1-55267-307-3
**it is a condensed volume of the next title

Complete Atlas of World History in 3 volumes
ISBN 1-56324-854-9 (set)
Prehistory and the Ancient World - Vol 1
Medieval and Early Modern World - Vol 2
Modern World - Vol 3

Atlas of World History by Patrick O'Brien, ed
Oxford University Press, 1999
ISBN 0-19-521567-2
