The atlas maps and describes all train, tram, monorail and cablecar routes, including the Australian tin company lines in southern Thailand 1920s-1940s, the two Japanese death railways towards Burma, the British/French/Danish teak tramways in northern Thailand, and the 40km long cablecar from Vietnam to Laos 1920s-1940s.
