A notice from the Marriott Library Digitization Center:

The Marriott Library at the University of Utah has recently
made available digitized copies of early Sanborn Fire
Insurance Maps for selected Utah cities. Complete sets for
Salt Lake City (1884, 1889, 1898, 1911), Logan (1885, 1890,
1900), Ogden (1884, 1890, 1906), Park City, (1889, 1900,
1907), and Provo (1888, 1900, 1908) are now available at:

The Mr. SId viewer from LizardTech is required to view the
maps.
