The DCW in ASCII is available from Ph.D. Associates, Discovery Place One,
Suite 100, 3553 - 31 Street, N.W., Calgary, Alberta, CANADA T2L 2K7.
Phone:  403-289-8198; Fax: 403-282-1238.  Frank Thirkettle is the Manager
of that office.  Cost of the CD itself is $195 + 13.65 GST, while
conversion routines to use with Map Info, Idrisi, Auto Cad (specify which
one you want) are $29.95 + $2.10 GST each.  (ALL IN CANADIAN DOLLARS).  I
just received mine which is how I know all this.  Along with it comes
DCWMapR which is MapIt renamed.  Frank's email address is:
