This is thru a "commerical website", so I don't know if this is what you
are needing, but for a one-stop online source of scanned USGS topos
indexes (1:250K, 1:100K, and 1:24K/1:25K quads) including all States and
Territories, check out the Map Link website:
http://catalog.maplink.com/usgs/usa.html
For an online index showing topo quad names and boundaries for the State
of Hawaii, go to this webpage maintained by the USGS Honolulu office:
http://www.hinhp.org/website/hawaii/data.html
choose an island, and click on [Data]
This will bring up a graphic showing the island with USGS 7.5min quad
names and boundaries, with convenient links to download raster and
vector data for Hawaii.
