Aloha Arlyn,

Your patron may also wish to examine NIMA chart no. 44000.
It is very similar in coverage to the BA chart no. 259.

Our depository copy of the NIMA chart is the 16th ed., dated
Nov.15, 1997, at a scale of 1:1,569,090.  "From a German
chart of 1996".
