Greetings everyone,

I'm pleased to announce that the Northern Ohio Technical Services
Librarians Fall Program will take place on Monday, November 26th, at the
Cuyahoga County Public Library Administration Building in Parma, Ohio.
The program title is Magical, Mystical Metadata: more than just a pretty
face.  Our speakers are Jody Perkins, Metadata Librarian, Miami U. of
Ohio, whose presentation is entitled Metadata Essentials:  Toolkit,
Environment, Choices, and George Barnum, Content System Manager, U.S.
Government Printing Office, who will discuss the use of metadata in the
GPO's Future Digital System.
