Actually, I will be going off this list in about a month--my job is changing. We are still a Depository Library, but I will be working in our branch that has the children's lit and curriculum materials.
Government publications will be taken over by other folks. I am looking forward to the change, since my LS degree emphasized children's literature and storytelling. It will still be a support
staff position, but it will be more in the area of what I want to do in librarianship. Not that I haven't enjoyed government publications, and have been working with them for 11 years!

Wow, what a sweet thing to say.
I will continue to monitor the list since I will be sending out maps offers lists until we are fully deaccessioned. Also, my job might be changing to a more maps oriented position. My job description will certainly change in the future. I still haven't thought much about it as of yet. So, if you have any ideas that might be helpful that would certainly be appreciated.
