Subject: You're invited to the Digital Mapping Techniques workshop

------
Since 1997, the geologic mapping community has annually held a "Digital Mapping Techniques" workshop. This meeting brings together scientists, cartographers, and GIS specialists, from State and Federal agencies, as well as Libraries, Universities, and the private sector.

It's a highly successful, technically-oriented venue, and the topics are relevant to the map library community. I cordially invite you to attend this year's meeting, and to give a presentation! It will be held June 1-4, 2014, on the University of Delaware campus in Newark, Delaware. Our hosts will be the Delaware Geological Survey, the U.S. National Geologic Map Database, the Association of American State Geologists, and the U.S. Geological Survey.

Details are available at http://ngmdb.usgs.gov/Info/dmt/

Please contact me with any questions, or suggestions for the meeting agenda.

Regards.
