At the time, I sent out a messsage to Maps-L and got only one reply
indicating that the other person hadn't received sheet 1 either.  Like
Linda, we got no shipping list, like Ken Grabach we could get no info out
of USGS, and apparently nobody from NIMA monitors this list.  My sheets 2
and 3 are now rolled up and gathering dust waiting for SOMEthing to happen!
