Kathy,

You might want to do a bit of digging on Google Books. I did a quick
check and there are many Baedeker Egypt books listed from the late 1800s
and early 1900s. I don't think Google scanned the foldouts, but if the
map was a normal page, it just might be scanned.

WAML's Occasional Paper no. 4, Index to Early Twentieth Century City
Plans Appearing in Guidebooks... lists a map of Cairo at 1:12,300, which
appears in the Baedeker guidebook Egypt, Lower & Upper Egypt...7th ed,
1913. Unfortunately, holdings info isn't provided as to which libraries
hold this guidebook, but with luck someone on this list will have it and
can provide a copy of the map.
