No obvious maps, but the Marble Institute of America offers fee
posters of marble quarries to help suppliers promote the product.

the institute could provide world production figures no doubt and a
cartographer could then produce a map.
would make an interesting research project for an undergrad student
to locate production figures for individual companies and their quarries.
