        One-page proposal with title and brief description
As the province is celebrating the 500th anniversary of
John Cabot's voyage to Canada, papers on exploration of that
period and the region in general are especially welcome.
Other welcome topics include: Women Travelers and
Techniques of Navigation.
 
Papers will be submitted for review to both SHD members and to
                     Hakluyt Society peers
