HI everyone,
I received a letter the other day from the Jet Propulsion Lab; in this
letter, which is addressed the Catalogue Recipients, a Ms. Stacey Teramae
announces a URL which provides access to their online catalogue (of
Goverenment Scientific Compact Disk TItles.
 
I do not currently receive the hardcopy of this catalogue but I was
intrigued by the fact that online access is now available so I tried the
URL, which is:
    http://stargate/ddl/
but it doesn't work (host unknown error)
 
Does anyone know the correct URL.  I made a long distance phone call to
Stacey Teramae with the Data Distribution Lab at JPL (the letter gives
her phone number as 818/306-6303) but only got voicemail (hey, what
should I have expected).  I left a message for her to call me back but
two days later.....
 
This morning I called the general JPL number (8181/354-4321) and got a
gentleman who informed me that "he was not allowed to take messages."
That is the second time I have encountered that response when talking to
government officials.  He offered to transfer me to Stacey's voicemail
but couldn't find a listing for her (exactly how many people do work for
JPL).
 
So there you go!!   Anyone got any ideas.  I don't want to make a 3rd
long distance phone call; it is a long way from Waterloo to Pasadena.
