Ken: We received a shipment for shipping list 2004-05-TQ dated
9/17/04. The shipping list isn't yet posted on the FBB website
< http://fedbbs.access.gpo.gov/fdlp01.htm >

I'd suggest that you contact Dave Szarsi at the USGS Map Distribution
Center in Denver (303) 202-4703.
