Are we also digitizing the versos? the accompanying texts? as is, or are
we, ahem, cleaning them up?

Are we supplying metadata and cataloging records for our opacs?

Are we supplying high resolution compressed/zoomable imagery for reseach
in the details of a map?

Are we devaluing the paper map collections, or are we continuing to both
value them and explain their value to users, donors, administrators?

Are we preparing the bonfires for the ratty old paper maps so we have more
room for the newest thing?

Are we evaluating the remaining paper maps, weeding carefully and retaining
the valuable goodies which may NEVER be digitized?

Just curious, Alice
