you may want to check the cartographic bureau of the Regione Abruzzo at
http://www.regione.abruzzo.it/cartografia/home.htm

otherwise, the main source for italian maps resided with Istituto
Geografico Militare (a sort of NIMA)

http://www.nettuno.it/fiera/igmi/igmit.htm

Regrettably, all such info is... in Italian!

As per the localities you search: yes, they all sit around the Barrea
Lake (a splendid location, I was born nearby)..
