Perhaps a bit dated, but there is a map supplement (folded) that
appeared in the Annals of the Association of American Geographers,
v.61, no.1, March 1971.
 
       Great Salt Lake, Utah / by Deon C. Greer. - Scale 1:125,000
       1 map : col. ; 104 x 88cm.
 
Not only are there 5 foot depth contours, but general direction of
lake currents are shown with arrows.  According to the map text,
the "bathymetric data were obtained from soundings made by the Utah
Geological and Mineralogical Survey during the summer of 1969".
