Thanks to everyone who replied both on- & off-list to my questions about
large format scanning services; it's been a very informative discussion.  It
looks most libraries charge something for large format scanning based
regardless of output & several places keep databases of scanned images.
We're moving towards charging for both scanning & printing & these comments
will be very helpful in making our case.
