Apologies for cross-posting.

The next Cambridge Seminar in the History of Cartography will be in the
Harrods Room, Emmanuel College, on Tuesday 11 March at 5.30pm.

Dr Nick Baron (Lecturer in History, University of Nottingham) will talk
on 'Mapping the Soviet: cartography and the construction of Stalinist
space, 1928-1953'.

All are welcome: please forward this email to anyone you think might be
interested in attending.

Refreshments will be served after the seminar.

The final seminar this year will be on Tuesday 6 May, when Tom Koch
(Adjunct Professor of Medical Geography at the University of British
Columbia, and Adjunct Professor of Gerontology at Simon Fraser
University) will talk on 'Cholera mapping from 1819 to 1854: before John
Snow and the Broad Street outbreak'.
