Karen:

The University of Arizona Library released the Arizona Electronic Atlas a
few months ago -- it's one of my favorites! ;) The address is
http://atlas.library.arizona.edu.

I'll be doing a presentation for staff on on-line, interactive maps. Do
you have a great site you'd like to pass on? This is intended to be a
general presentation, open to all of the library staff, so the focus is
broad. I'd love to hear a few favorites from folks in the map world!
