All depository libraries selecting NIMA map products will be receiving an
information package outlining changes in LPS  procedures for map
distribution.  These changes will be implemented in the near future as LPS
begins shipping NIMA maps directly from LPS. Included in this package is a
letter, a procedures sheet, and an information sheet identifying library and
selective housing site mailing information and item selection information
for NIMA titles. PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION CAREFULLY.  Libraries are asked
to review their current selection and make changes to their profiles as
needed.  Selective housing sites will also receive a copy of the package and
are asked to coordinate changes with their parent depository library.
