In the last issue of Cartographic Perspectives (Fall 1993), on page
19, a software package from USGS for converting geographic
coordinates to UTM and vice versa is mentioned - PC PLANE.  Has any
one had any experience with this software?  Are there other
packages available that perform the same function?  Any feedback
would be appreciated.
