Subject: nautical chart 259

Help please!
I have a patron who is wanting a copy of #259. She was on a cruise and this
was the chart posted.She says it covers the waters from Norway to Sweden,
Finland, Russia and Poland. This doesn't seem to be a DMA/NIMA chart. So can
someone with other nations' nautical charts, and indexes to them, solve this
puzzle. She has said a NIMA chart would be okay but I don't find one chart
that covers the whole trip.
