The Russian publication "Atlas Ofitsera" [Officer's Atlas] has a very
rich list on pages 18-22 of the appendix ("Prilozhenie") volume.
The list is ordered by continents/regions (USSR/Europe/Asia/Africa/NA
/SA/Aust-Oceana/Antarctica), and within these regions by whether the
object is a mountain or a volcano.
 
This atlas is excellent for geographic trivia of this nature.
 
We sell copies of it fairly regularly, and many libraries have it.
