Greetings Map-L-ers!

I wonder if any of you might be able to help me identify a map I have
in my possession. I assume it came out of a book of some sort (I
didn't amputate it; I'd never do such a vile thing!) but I don't see
any indication of where it came from on it anywhere.

I have a photo of it online linked below if anybody would like to take
a crack at it. If anybody would like topoint me at someone who would
be a good candidate for IDing it, I'd also love to get that sort of
nudge. Being a cartographer rather than a map librarian, I don't have
the resources you folks might.
