Cambodia has a nice series of 1:100,000 topographic maps, recently
completed.Data is also available in GIS or Adobe Illustrator format.
They are available in English or Khmer versions.
They seem of excellent quality and on decent paper.
They can be bought individually in the Central Market in Phnom Penh for
about US$5=20,000Riel each [US$ and Cambodian real [4000R=$1] circulate
jointly in the country and are equally acceptable].
Officially, the maps are not for public sale: they are free! I spoke
with officers at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, #200
Norodom Blvd, Phnom Penh. [this is right at the northern end of the
street: street numbers in Cambodia do not appear in any order except
completely random], and was told the maps can be had for the asking,
with a letter from one's embassy and from one's institution.
At present available maps are a large diagonal of sheets from Sisophon
in the NW to Phnom Penh, and the southern coastal region (36 sheets of
83 total). The rest of the country (52 sheets along Thai border and in
the E and NE) is completed, but awaited a Minister's signature before
they could be released. This is imminent.

Sheets cover 30' Lat x 30' Long area, and conform in area and numbering
to those shown in Parry& Perkins/World Mapping Today.
Angkor Wat/Siem Reap is on sh. 5735
Phon Penh is on sh. 5932
