Map-ers

A client is chasing digital data (shape files or possibly other formats) of
the middle east, 40deg by 40deg extent centered on Kuwait city (ie 20deg east,
west, south, and north) or approx 28-68 deg east x 9-49 deg north.
He will use this for a broad scale meteorological system.

The attributes required are:
   - Cities & Town (Location/area, no need for street detail)
   - Geo-political borders
   - Major river systems
   - Topography (not sure about the resolution at this stage)
Needs low detail (e.g. does not need street).

He is reasonably flexible of on the contents of the files.

Any leads gratefully accepted.
