Hypothetical question:

----Where is the Best Public Institution For
A Korean War Map Project? Location is Not a factor.

Project: Conduct a two year one person project to amass or otherwise locate
and digitize all available maps from the Korean War, including maps
captured from opposing forces and any other maps such as those
created by individual soldiers as overlays or for descriptive purposes.

End Use: Internet, Public Domain (With Releases)
