Individual Catalogue: $15.00 (US. International add $5.00)
Annual Subscription: $50.00 (US. International add $20.00)
AMEX, VISA, MC, DISC accepted for catalogue purchase and auction purchases.
 
2) The full text version with over 200 Lots is now located on our Web Site:

   Over 100 colored illustrations accompany the text, and 40 new images will
