Do any of you out there have any references to publications which discuss this matter in greater detail? Do you know of any specific GIS data creation/conversion programs at specific prisons? Are there any listserve members who got their job training in the "Big House"? Assuming this is indeed true, it may be necessary to update the old joke about banging out license plates...
