Ohnstad" <[log in to unmask]> Dear Maps-L, I am hoping someone out in Maps-L land has the information I need. QUESTION 1: I have looked through the supply catalogs for the support/divider guides for aerial photos and have not found anything that would not have to be adapted, or cut down. Lightweight, non-corrugated, ridged, archival quality boards are needed to serve as dividers and provide support and reduce the curling of our aerial photo collection. Using 3 to 4 support dividers per drawer, we would need a total of 300 dividers. The file cabinets have one adjustable support that slides on a rail. All divider supports would need to be approximately 10" x 10" to 10" x 12". QUESTION 2: I am also looking for vendor/supplier information for the 10" x 10" Mylar envelopes that are sealed on parallel sides. We are close to running out of them. I have not been able to locate this size of envelope in a catalog, and some of black and white aerial photos will need the support of Mylar because the photographic paper is very thin. I have checked the Gaylord and Light Impressions catalogs. Please e-mail me directly at [log in to unmask] with suggestions for support dividers for aerial photos and vender information on 10" x 10" Mylar envelopes. Thanks, Marilee Marilee Ohnstad Library Assistant Senior Brinkerhoff geology library University Libraries University of Wyoming P.O.
