The Depository Library Council (DLC) is an advisory board to the Public Printer of the United States, providing advice on policy matters related to the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP) as provided in Title 44 of the United States Code. The primary focus of Council's work is to advise the Public Printer, the Superintendent of Documents, and appropriate members of Government Printing Office (GPO) staff on the management and operation of the FDLP.
