Hello,

I have a patron who has brought in a photocopy of part of a map. It appeared
in a book that is at least ten years old. The map shows part of the St
Lawrence River in 1709. Its in French. She would like to get a copy of the
full extent of the map.

The only information we have is the title of the map which is "Section of
Gedeonde Catalognes Map of St. Lawrence Settlement 1709" and that it is held
in the Public Archives of Canada.

I tried looking at the National Archives site but didnt get anywhere.

If anyone knows the book where this map appears, or even has a copy of the
map, we would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any help. My apologies for any cross-postings.

Andrew
