We considered charging by linear footage but we decided that it would be easier to charge a flat rate of $15.00 per sheet. We have a large scale plotter 36 inch which we use for GIS which we plan to network and charge using a "pay-for-print" system. We are wondering what charging models other libraries are using for large scale plotters. We are trying to decide between charging per linear foot (up to 1 linear foot $2, up to two linear feet $3, etc.) or by charging by set sizes (11x17 in, 2x3 ft, etc.) Any information that anyone can give would be appreciated. We are also interested in hearing about price ranges for printing if possible. Thanks in Advance Mary M.
