Subject: PLEASE CLAIM MISSING SEPARATES SHIPMENTS

The Depository Distribution Division has recently experienced problems
with
mailing labels for Separates. The ink was not drying correctly, and
many
depository library addresses were smudged, unreadable and undeliverable.
The GPO Data Processing Section has now corrected the problem, ensuring
that
labels will be smudge-proof.

The Depository Distribution Division has received nearly 80 returned
separate packages due to unreadable labels. Any depository libraries
that
have not received materials from the latest Separate shipping lists
should
submit a claim for the missing publication(s) via the Web Claims Form
at:
http://www.access.gpo.gov/su_docs/fdlp/tools/webclaim.html.

The Depository Distribution Division apologizes for any inconvenience.
If
you have any questions concerning missing separate items, please contact
James Mauldin, Chief, Depository Distribution Division,
<[log in to unmask]>.

Thank you for your interest in the Federal Depository Library Program!
