A few years ago I purchased a 1:1250000 scale map of Namibia, produced by "Ray Maphouse" also titled with the text "World Mapping Project". Google found some interesting info:: 1) http://www.mapsmithus.com/raymaphouse.htm Ray MapHouse is a German Company that produces inexpensive but well detailed maps. They currently have 13 titles in their ambitious "World Mapping Project". The Current Titles are for common German Holiday Locations, but these locations have seldom been mapped before. And Ray MapHouse has done produced and excellent series. Price is only $6.95 Each. 2) http://www.xwhois.com/check/default.asp?domain=maphouse.de domain: maphouse.de descr: Nils Robert Meyer descr: Ray Media Enterprises KG descr: Oeckersallee 11 b descr: D-22769 Hamburg descr: Germany nsentry: maphouse.de IN A 192.67.198.35 3) http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/external-search/103-8853108- 6475046?tag=starshopcom-books- 20&keyword=Nils%20Robert%20Meyer&mode=books A list of maps by Ray Maphouse Regards, George -------------------------------------------- George de Greef, ComputaMaps Private Bag X20, Constantia 7848, South Africa tel: 27-21-794 0799, fax: 27-21-794 4671 cell: 083-3250762 e-mail: [log in to unmask] Manufacturers of digital maps and imagery http://www.computamaps.com
