It was made by the Army Corps of Engineers, War Department, published in 1916. It is 64th Cong., 1st sess. House. Doc. ;; 1055; but was also included in the Serial Set. This is technically not a Serial Set copy. The covers are in brittle sorry shape, but the text book is in nice condition. This is a large piece about 62 x 82 cm. and the map is very large scale. Preference to NA depository libraries. I hope the winning library will have a UPS, DHL, or FedEx shipping account number so we don't have to shuffle reimbursement red tape.
