Hi everyone,

  At the Midwinter meeting in Seattle, GITCO decided to stop updating
the Clearinghouse of Digital Projects, housed at the Illinois Institute
of Technology, and transfer the information on state, local, and
international projects to the GODORT wiki.  [This approach relies on the
GPO Registry for information on Federal government information
projects.]  The information is now on the wiki, and IIT and has taken
down the Clearinghouse and added a link to the wiki and to the GPO
Registry in its' place.
