The examples in the MARC format documentation and in OCLC Bib. Formats and Standards don't include anything that looks particularly mappy, and I didn't see anything in a quick scan of OCLC's "Cataloging Electronic Resources: OCLC-MARC Coding Guidelines" that mentions it.
