The maps without the green overprint photographed better for black and white illustrations in journals. Daniel T. Seldin Map Cataloger Technical Service Dept. Someone I know has two copies of the Downey Mountain, WA 7.5 minute series map. The map is a 1963 edition that was published in 1965. They are exactly the same except the coloration of one of them is different from the other. One has these reds and oranges and such and the other is just brown and blue (for the water bodies). What is going on? Would you consider them different? Would you keep both of them? Any help you can give me would be most appreciated. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ,-~~-.___. / | ' \ "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of ( ) 0 the few or the one." \_/-, ,----' ==== // Mr. Spock / \-'~; /~~~(O) Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan / __/~| / | =( _____| (_________| Carlos A.
