This is in support of the US Government's humanitarian mission to Georgia. Most of the information is open and freely available to the public and to non-government organizations. Some of the data, because of copyright and distribution restrictions, are available only to US military and federal government employees for official use only. See the webpage at: http://tec.army.mil/georgia/index.html Apologies for cross-posting. Lee R.
