It is scanned, but is over 87,000 mb long, so I will have to send it on a File Transfer Protocol, something I don't know how to do. Please send me your e-mail address and the e-mail of the person wanting the publication, and I'll try to get the computer people to work on it. If this fails, I may have to send you a DVD copy, so I will also need your snail mail address and that of the patron as well. Because it is over-sized, the USGS Library can't make a copy. If you are in a hurry, a document delivery company, such as the American Geological Institute, can get it for you quickly.
