Several folks came up with copies, and it may be on David Rumsey's site [merged into one piece?] so we are o.k. Note; as soon as I sent out the query we found another little used, and almost perfect copy of the thing in the stacks, not with the sheet maps. So we may plan to scan it and post it, both in pieces and as a whole. Alice C.
