We have a cartographer on campus who asks for them maybe 2-3 times a year and that's about it. ********************************** Gwen Curtis University of Kentucky Libraries Science Library Map Collection 410C King Library Addition Lexington, KY 40506-0039 Phone: (859) 257-1853 Email: [log in to unmask] Fax: (859) 323-3225 -----Original Message----- From: Maps, Air Photo, GIS Forum - Map Librarianship [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of Angie Cope Sent: Thursday, May 06, 2010 9:23 AM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: ONC maps ---- Forwarded Message ----- From: "Pamela Enrici" <[log in to unmask]> To: [log in to unmask] Sent: Wednesday, May 5, 2010 3:47:34 PM GMT -06:00 US/Canada Central Subject: ONC maps I've taken over our map collection in the last couple of years and we have the ONC series. We've got our copies as depository items. We're in the midst of, shall I call it, repurposing the library to add a large info commons and as a result (there are some other issues as well, but ...). I'm wondering how many libraries have the ONC collection and whether/how it is used. I love these maps but I don't think ours are used very much at all. You can reply to me off list, if you like. thanks Pam Enrici Geography & Map Librarian Univ. of MN, Duluth (on the shores of Lake Superior) [log in to unmask]
