Our program offers breadth and depth across the geospatial techniques, with courses in GIS, remote sensing, cartography, statistics, field methods, and qualitative methods. We also offer strengths in physical/environmental geography, human/urban geography, and several regional specializations. Applications should arrive by October 15th for spring 2011 (or April 15th for fall 2011). The application process is described in the flyer at http://www.csulb.edu/depts/geography/graduateinvitation.pdf , and the program is described in the flyer at http://www.csulb.edu/geography/geoma11.pdf . To learn more about our program, please visit http://www.csulb.edu/geography/ or, more specifically about our master's program, http://www.csulb.edu/colleges/cla/departments/geography/graduate/ . The Department also has a few student assistantships and research assistantships available. Thank you for your time and consideration or for sharing this information with promising undergraduates. Sincerely, Chrys Rodrigue, Graduate Advisor, Geography, CSULB
