The field trip will start with the map collection in the Williams Research Center, and then move on to the “_Threads of Memory Exhibit_ <http://www.hnoc.org/?p=2432>”, a traveling exhibit on loan from Seville’s Archivo General de Indias (Archives of the Indies) which examines the lasting legacy of early Spanish Colonists on the southern United States.
