These topo maps are bilingual Italian/English and show admin. boundaries down to the 4th level, i.e. Comunes, but because of the hill shading it's very difficult to decipher the boundary lines. I think you'll need a larger scale topo series, an administrative divisions map, or possibly a very detailed atlas in order to precisely interpret the boundary lines. Hope this (sort of) helps...
