The candidate will have a university degree; experience cataloguing all types of cartographic material using MARC21, AACR2, Dewey DC, LCSH and NACO etc; experience managing cataloguing teams; awareness of national and international cataloguing standards, especially RDA, and an up-to-date knowledge of map cataloguing; strong project management skills evinced by successful completion of projects; and a demonstrated ability to collaborate, inform and communicate effectively.
