All,

Follow-up on the DMT meeting. The meeting is invitation only. You must
contact David R Soller [[log in to unmask]]if you would like to attend.
Have no hesitations. Dave told me that he welcomes library folks, but
wants to make sure the meeting remains focused on digital mapping
techniques and state geological agencies.

All,

I attended the Digital Mapping Techniques conference last year. It was
great. I learned a lot about how state & federal agencies are making
and using digital maps. If you can make this meeting in Delaware, I
suggest you do. You'll learn a lot and make many good connections
within the map making community.

Greetings, DMTers -

I'm very pleased to announce that our colleagues at the Delaware
Geological Survey have agreed to host the next DMT meeting, in June,
2014. (We probably caught you by surprise, with such an early
announcement ! ) I sincerely hope you will be able to attend, and to
share your background and expertise with colleagues.

Preliminary information is provided below. Please remember that each
DMT meeting is focused on your interests, and so your suggestions for
discussion topics, invited speakers, and logistics are most welcome.

I wish you a very happy and relaxing holiday season, continuing
throughout the New Year.

Dave

p.s. By the way, regarding the Proceedings for previous years --
the DMT'11 and 12 volume is now in USGS review, and compilation of
the DMT'13 volume will begin in January…

that warrant up to 90 minutes.
Even if you can't attend the meeting, we welcome your ideas and guidance
regarding topics that you find most significant, and we'll try to work
